Training, Instagram content, who do I follow

I've had my No Runner Left Behind IG account for a while now and truly it was me balancing being a runner and a mom. Trying to get back to exercising after having a baby. At first, it was only to have an instagram experience only related to running. I followed coaches, runners, running events, running influencers, etc. The beauty of that is that IG only sent me running content, which I appreciated since it that IG was my alternative reality social media account. 

And it worked. 

When I want to feel inspired or just follow people's running life journey, I just check out pages like Atleta_de_Peso (all in portuguese), or Herm.runs, and edileusa_atletarun (also in portuguese). People who run for fun, run for healthy, run for community, or simply because consistency is a bridge. And it connects you to dreams and achievements. 

I hope you find something you love so much that your consistency and resilience help your wishes become reality. 

Ahh and my next race is not until October but I am might add something in September. We will see.
